DUBRICON has been a manufacturer of Quarry Tiles since the establishment of its ceramic manufacturing facilities in Sucat Road, Paranaque in 1962. The company operations have since moved to the Canlubang Industrial Estate, Laguna in 1995. Ceramic product lines have also diversified with the addition of at least 40 new items specializing in high quality but rustic appearing decorative friezes, nosings, corner fittings & accents; some of which are completely hand-made but all are fired to a minimum of 900 degrees centigrade in LPG (Propane) fueled downdraft kilns to ensure durability and acid resistance. DUBRICON QUARRY TILES are the only ceramic tiles in the Philippines manufactured from 100% local raw materials. These are ideal for facings and floorings of Residences and Commercial Buildings as well as Breweries, Food Plants, Dairies, and Other Industrial Installations that require a non slip and acid resistant floor or wall surface on both interior and exterior areas. DUBRICON first introduced it’s “Dubrick Concrete Pavers” in 1989. Since then it has supplied projects of not only residential and commercial nature but projects related to the ‘Leisure’ industry as well; country and golf clubs, sea-side communities & suburban subdivisions not only in Luzon but as far as the Visayas and Mindanao. DUBRICON’S “Concrete Division” diversified further in 2000 to the manufacturing of pre-cast ‘hardscape’ materials for use in the landscaping industry like ‘mortar-less’ retaining wall block systems, stepping and flag stones, garden edging, cladding & on site landscape curb making. DUBRICON is also the exclusive distributor in the Philippines of SEALOCRETE CONCRETE ADMIXTURES for waterproofing, workability and mortar quality enhancement.
